After just sitting at my computer speechless, the only things I can think of are:
1) What an incredible standard the next Director has to live up to
2) Hope this summer was a good last one ;)

i'm so thankful that i had a chance to enter into day camp with you as director. day camp was run so efficiently and flawlessly. i'm appreciative for your standard of leadership. aside from being slaughtered by water balloons, you will definitely be missed. and um, gator... i didn't really cry when you hit me. josh and i made that up. it hurt, but shoot, admit to you that i CRIED over it? no way. :)

That really sucks man. I don't know what to say. If i choose to come back it will be really hard to work under someone else because of the standard that you have set. I wish you all the best. You will be missed!!!
