california doesn't have seasons spidey! Especially not fall. its either hot or cold. but not really hot. thats reserved for the deserts of arizona new mex and texas - and its never really that cold - thats for daff and larky.

I'm really jealous. really really.

Washington, DC is still like mid 60s and even into the 70s. I moved to the east coast cause I wanted a year of seasons - and they give it to the northeast? BAH!

Forcasters say 40 by the end of the week though, so I guess I'll take my nice weather while I still got it.

Just for the info: Nor Cal is unseasonably cold right now (nothing like Canada or Washington, of course, but odd nonetheless) - our highs are the typical lows for this time of year. I like it a lot - this is perfect. People rag on California for being seasonless (which is untrue, btw, we just don't have the extreme swings), but - I mean, come on - isn't that the point of living here? Temperate all the time.

(And sure, Sham, you got the lovely balmy weather now, but we'll see who's smiling when Summer comes 'round, right?)

yeah, no kidding about the chilly weather in norcal. i’m visiting deedee in vacaville and it’s so incredibly colder than the socal weather i’m used to. but, i’m not complaining… it’s a good change and i’ll be returning to santa barbara on saturday night after i spend the day in mount hermon. plus, hanging out with deedee is always fun and adventurous.

looking forward to seeing the fortunate people who call mount hermon their home on saturday. :)

I thought I picked up on your sarcasm, Sham - when you said "bprrrr," you meant (aside from "brrr," of course) that it was warm, right? That's sarcasm, right? Ok, good; I got that. But when you said "Where is the exit door to this state?!" you were being serious? Was that, like, sarcastic sincerity? I don't get it: your sarcasm is too sincere for me, Sham.
