i am eating a chipotle turkey roll from the chico state book store...its kind of funny and i miss my boyfriend and i am very very VERY sleep deprieved and i have to wait 3 hours till my next class! i am ready to get out of the beer-hole they call Chico State.

i am currently lounging on our couches with gator, mup, and shannon (who is now our new neighbor!). we just ate chorizo and chocolate pumpkin bread. it was good. i am going to be honest here and admit to missing you all and reading the tiny nuggets of information you all post on the blog.
mclovin- the next time i get a mass text from you asking to hang out, i will simply respond, "pass. good effort though spidey."

spiff-oh my gosh i'm sorry i never told you while you were at camp! i feel so bad! My BF is Harley(surprise surprise) and it was finalized however i guess i did a bad job of updating, lol. . oh well i guess this'll have to be the update. how's school?

I'm sitting in my "office" in our garage and telling you all about nothing that i am doing except starting school. I'm jealous of you Rudy, wish I could be up there hanging out with you all and I will hopefully be doing that soon enough. But seriously, nothing exciting except for the second day of school, then work and ending it all with a full bodied and delicious glass of wine.

and i'm about ready to collapse from exhaustion. 8 more months to go!

Nova - It's cool, I just didn't want to assume Harley and be wrong. That's great! You guys are both so much FUN! So, who's gonna change college plans and move closer to the other one first? Oh, and thanks for asking. Everything's going great. I have a little less cash flow than I need, but I just got an internship that's HUGE on the top floor of a skyscraper with Merrill Lynch. I'm stoked. Take care!

i love that everyone is posting. i just realized that i didn't answer my own questions on the post, its probably because i have just been reading all the other posts. currently, i am with lark and shammon...we are watching chris morris make us "death by chocolate cookies." its nice to have a man cook for us in the kitchen. uhhh...thats all i have to say about that.
i knew that nova had a boyfriend hehehe. its about time you two started dating!!!
i had a very enjoyable weekend with my roomies, jav, jayber, and our very own newlyeds. they flew in from their honeymoon on friday night, and joined us later that evening, they are too cute.
if you are not doing anything on sept. 24th, we are having a harvest party at our house that night. there will be food....and gator made a very impressive invitation, if you want to see it, go to his flickr.
all thid posting makes me happy. keep on doing it.

i am listening to miles davis and just finished reading some fascinating articles about the politics of literacy in education... aaahhhh!!
i got to see some lovely friends at the old mount last night, definitely my highlight of the week. lark had a rockin house warming party. rudy's banana bread was amazing and flip brought turkish coffee... just what i needed to get me through the classes and student teaching that are currently dominating most of my life :)

I just applied to Teach for America, I'm listening to Unrest, drinking a glass of tequila, about to eat pasta w/ sardines on top (I think, we'll see how my constitution is when I get there and how the tequila settles), and thinking about Fish and how I should call him soon. My current favorite song is called "Year of the Pig" by a band called Fucked Up. My favorite character in a book I'm reading right now is Poseidon in The Odyssey. What a jerk that ocean god is, amirite?!?!

Well we are still recovering from our Hootenanny, with guest from all over! FANTASTIC!
Just finished two weeks of running the HS & Jr High program without my boss since he is on vacation. Its been fun but, Whew glad he is back on Sunday.
Listening to Pandora radio, and walking West Cliff with Shannon in the morning followed by Acai Bowls just to start my day off! I love living in Santa Cruz.
Miss you all.
Oh and they made me a pastor now at my church crazy, but it is what it is.
